An articled published in 2014 recruited 115 pregnant patients with low back or pelvic pain (they did not receive chiropractic care in the previous 3 months.) They were given chiropractic care, and the data was collected at 1 week, one month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after the first treatment to evaluate the effectiveness of the care. The result was amazing. 52% of patients improved at 1 week, 70% at 1 month, 85% at 3 months, 90% at 6 months and 88% at 1 year.
